Precious Things started out as a model for a much larger furniture piece, a Tall Boy. Being a model maker I wanted to test the waters first on a small scale to make sure I got the proportions right before jumping into making the full scale piece of furniture.

I found that the satisfaction I got from making this small scale model was enough for me and I did not make the full scale tall boy. Instead this became a box for holding precious little things like jewelry.
